A short movie shot in Hong Kong and edited in music video style by Jérôme Deroy and Sébastien Raillard. Our main motivation was certainly to show the city dynamism and the contrast between that densely packed city with all the natural surroundings. Click on the poster to start playing! Everything was done in 2001 using a mini-DV camera (Sony TRV-900), a tripod and a business computer (HP Vectra VL400). We had ten hours of rushes to edit with After Effects 4 (or 5), the rendering took a whole night for four and half minutes of video (this was the Pentium III CPU era). At that time, the movie was submitted in a local short movie contest without any success, they didn't appreciate the A/B editing.
